Smoke travels up to our house

Our neighbor lives behind and downhill from us. From Oct to April they use a wood burning stove. The smoke travels uphill to our house. We have a HEPA air purifier in our main living area and a smaller one in our bedroom and somehow you can still smell the smoke.

They also use a firepit in the spring/summer so I can’t enjoy opening my windows. I wish the smoke from these wood burning stoves could somehow be infused back into those houses and let the owners get a lung full.
